What You Need

All downloads will be initiated from Microsoft Money.

  • Microsoft Money software (Money 2006 or later).
  • Internet access
  • Online access to My Account (Your user name and password are needed for online access.)

Converting Invesco login to User Name

If you have changed your login method from SSN/Tax ID to user name you will need to perform the following steps in Microsoft Money in order to continue to download your account information.

  1. From Account Register, select "Change account settings".
  2. Under Online Services select "Change bank or brokerage passwords".
  3. Enter your Invesco user name and password and select "Save Changes".

Important Information for existing Microsoft Money Users

If you are an existing user that has previously imported your account information into Microsoft Money, you will need to click on the link below that corresponds to the version of Money you are using to update your account.

Please follow the instructions under Step four only.

Microsoft Money 2006 - Money Plus

Please note: Upon initial download Money will prompt you to designate how much account history you want to download. Please choose one day after the last day your account information was imported.

Download Instructions for New Microsoft Money 2006-2007 and Money Plus Users

  1. Log into "Microsoft Money".
  2. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select "File"→ "New"→ "New Account".
  3. Select "Investment" as your account type and click "Next".
    Note: Investment should be the option chosen for both retirement and non-retirement accounts.
  4. Click the letter "I", select "Invesco" and click "Next."
  5. Select "Yes, I have sign in information" and click "Next".
    Note: If you have not created a user name and password to access your Invesco account, Register Now.
  6. Enter your Invesco user name and password and click "Next."
  7. Select "Track positions and Transactions" and specify the history range to "Include" and click "Next". If you are already connected to the internet, Money will begin updating your account transactions and balances.
    Note: Selecting "All Transactions" will be limited to the amount of Available History.

Account history is available from January 1, 2008, to the present on certain accounts.
