How Do I Process a Financial Transaction on My Account?

You may purchase shares by logging in to your account and choosing the appropriate account and fund and then selecting "Purchase" from the options drop down menu.
Note: To request purchases via the Internet, your account must have current Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank instructions on file.
If you don't have bank instructions on file, you can complete a Systematic Options and Bank Account Information Form (PDF).
Please call Invesco at 800.959.4246 for specific instructions on how to add the telephone purchase option to your account.

| Systematic Purchase Plan |
|
Under such a plan, a draft is drawn from your checking account on a predetermined day.
The plan can be setup with:
- one draft per month
- two drafts per month on any two days
- or an end of the month draft
This set amount is invested in the investment(s) you designate.
You may establish a Systematic Purchase Plan on your account in one of the following ways:
- Logging into your account. Choose the appropriate account and fund, and select "Systematic Purchase" from the options drop down menu. You must have current Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank instructions on file.
- Calling Invesco at 800.959.4246 to establish over the phone.
- Completing the Systematic Options and Bank Account Information Form (PDF).

To arrange for a bank wire, you or your financial adviser should
call Invesco at 800.959.4246 prior to wiring
money to obtain a reference number. You may then have your bank

Investments received prior to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be
invested at the closing price on the date received. Investments

fund and then selecting "Redeem" from the options drop down menu.
Please note that not all accounts are eligible for this privilege.

You may redeem up to $250,000 worth of your shares by telephone to
the address of record or bank of record provided you have
previously elected this privilege.
To redeem shares by phone, please call Invesco at

If you wish to add this feature to your account, send a letter of
instruction with a signature guarantee.

Systematic Redemption Plan

You can automatically withdraw a set amount (minimum $50 per Investment) monthly, quarterly, or annually
from each investment in which you have a balance of at least
$5,000.
You may establish a Systematic Redemption Plan on your account in
one of the following ways:
- Logging into your account. Choose the appropriate account and fund, and select "Systematic Redemption" from the options drop down menu.
- Calling Invesco at 800.959.4246 to setup
over the phone if the proceeds are going to the address of record.
- Completing the Systematic Options and Bank Account Information Form (PDF).

Check Writing Privileges

Check writing privileges are available on several of the Invesco money market funds.
Obtain a Check Writing Authorization Form (PDF) to establish this privilege. This form must be completed and signed by all registered owners before checks can be issued.
Please note if the form is not accompanied by your new account application, all signatures on the card must be signature guarantee.

To cancel pending trades, select the "Pending Trades" link from the appropriate fund/account investment detail and history page.
The "Pending Trades" link only appears if there is a pending trade.

You may realign your current account balances on a percentage basis by investment by logging in to your account. Select "Account Options" from the top navigation and then select "Reallocations".
