The maximum sales charge applicable to investments in Class A Units of all Portfolios other than the Invesco CollegeBound Today Portfolio and the Invesco Stable Value Portfolio has been reduced from 4.00% to 3.50%. The initial sales charge applicable to investments in Class A Units of Invesco Stable Value Portfolio has been reduced from 4.00% to 3.00%. The initial sales charge applicable to investments in Class A Units of the Invesco CollegeBound Today Portfolio will remain at 3.00%.
