The Invesco Short Term Investment Fund ("ISTIF") is an Invesco Group Trust for Retirement Savings collective investment trust (CIT) and is used as the overnight cash sweep vehicle for both the Institutional Retirement Trust (IRT) and the Invesco Group Trust for Retirement Savings Funds (IGT) CITs.
