Invesco US New Web Experience – FAQ

All Invesco US products and services will soon be accessible through a single Web experience that allows you to quickly access the content you need and easily explore new ideas and insights from our investment experts.

What will the URL be for the new website?

Which existing US websites will be consolidated onto this single platform?

Why is Invesco consolidating these sites?

Having a single US site means that we can offer you wealth of information all in one place.

Specifically, these changes will help us:

Unify your browsing experience. No matter which US product or service you’re looking for — Invesco mutual funds, PowerShares ETFs, institutional strategies or others — you'll will have a seamless Web experience.

Improve self-service functionality. Improved search features will allow you to find the answers you’re looking for more quickly and efficiently online.

Support multiple devices. The site optimizes mobile Web browsing capabilities across desktops, tablets and smartphones, so that you can access Invesco the way that you want.

Deliver customized and targeted content. Whether you’re an institutional investor or a DC plan sponsor, we will deliver customized and targeted content based on your needs.

Will my existing bookmarks still work after the website redesign?

Yes – all individual US websites (the six listed above) will auto-direct to the new combined website. We will also continue to maintain direct URLs for frequently used pages.

Can I use my current user name and password to log on to the site?

Yes, you will be able to use your existing user name and password.

Will I still have access to the information that I have been using on your existing sites?

Yes. The new and improved Invesco US website maintains the best aspects of our current sites and provides some additional features that extend your online capabilities.

What additional features are on the new site?

  • Mega menus that provide access to frequently used content, products and tools with just one click.
  • Ease of navigation – users are prompted to log in only when required to access specialized content or custom tools.
  • Advanced content search and filtering capabilities.
  • Product "storefronts" that serve as a comprehensive entry point into each product line (mutual funds, ETFs, collective trusts, etc.). The storefronts provide users with advanced filtering/sorting capabilities and advanced interactive data charts/graphs.

I’m familiar with your current site. Will it be easy for me to find what I’m looking for on the new site?

Yes. Extensive research was done to determine the ideal user experience, content, products and tools for each of our client segments. Additionally, we performed usability testing of the new site with existing and prospective Invesco clients, including financial professionals, individual investors, registered investment advisors, consultants, plan sponsors and plan administrators. This gave us real-world feedback that we used to optimize our new design.
