- wholesale investors - applicants that qualify under Section 761G(7) of the Corporations Act; or
- sophisticated investors - applicants that qualify under Section 761GA of the Corporations Act.
Most investor types (excluding Custodian, Government Body, Registered Co-operative or Partnership) can complete an online application.

Investor requirements
- Investors must be over 18 years old.
- Investors must be based in Australia.
- The minimum investment amount is $20,000.
