Andrew Hills is a Director of Client Portfolio Management at Invesco Real Estate (IRE) where he is responsible for developing and managing client relationships with a focus on the UK, Netherlands and the Nordics. He joined IRE in August 2011 and is based in the London office.

Prior to joining IRE, Andrew worked at CORESTATE Capital where he was responsible for their capital raising and investor relations. Previously, Andrew was Head of Business Development at Credit Suisse Real Estate Asset Management UK and spent several years within a similar role at PRUPIM, the real estate arm of M&G.

Andrew started his career in 1990 and has extensive global business experience covering the property markets, including real estate securities and property derivatives, as well as the equity and equity derivatives markets.

His professional and educational qualifications include the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), a BA (Hons) Economics degree, an MBA (Finance) from the University of Chicago and an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, London.
