Managing your account

1. Can I view my account online?
InvescoOnline is a secure online portal that allow existing investors to securely access their investment information, top up investments and update personal details.  Please note that not all funds can be transacted online.

InvescoOnline can be accessed from our website or directly InvescoOnline.

2. How do I register for InvescoOnline?
When you first invest with Invesco you will receive a Welcome letter which will contain your username for InvescoOnline. Please go to InvescoOnline, enter your username and follow the steps to sign up. 

Within InvescoOnline you can securely view your account balance, transactions, statements and distribution information. Once you apply for interactive access you will also be able to maintain your personal details and for some investors, you will be able to transact online.

3. How do I make changes to my investment account details?
The following information can be updated via InvescoOnline:

  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Communication preference
  • Distribution election
  • Tax information

Change of name (or account name), change of nominated bank account details and fund transfers should be made in writing using the relevant forms

Requests for changes must be signed by the appropriate signatories. Changes may need to be supported by appropriate certified documentation. Where certified documentation cannot be provided, please contact our Client Service team. 

4. Can financial advisers use InvescoOnline?
Financial advisers can register for InvescoOnline for view only access to their client’s investments and details.
