Chris Brassington joined Invesco Real Estate in December 2009 and is a Director in Fund Management.

Chris first worked for Invesco Real Estate in the UK Transactions team between 2002 and 2006 completing over £1bn of transactions for a wide range of clients and funds.  In 2006 Chris left to join Doughty Hanson & Co, a UK Private Equity business, to help to invest their pan-European opportunistic real estate fund, and rejoined Invesco Real Estate in 2009 to work in the Fund Management team based in London.

Chris is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), has completed the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and holds a First Class Honours degree in Land Management from Reading University. He is also a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF).
