Ms Kate Bolsover, a Director of the Company, joined the Board on 19 May 2021 following the merger with IPE, and became Senior Independent Director on the same day. She was formerly director of corporate communications at Cazenove Group plc and JP Morgan Cazenove and managing director at Signature Financial Group and Baring Fund Managers. She is currently Chair of Fidelity Asian Values Trust and non-executive director of TR Property Investment Trust, Ballie Gifford & Co Ltd and BB Healthcare Trust.

From her executive career Mrs Bolsover contributes relevant skills and significant experience of the investment industry to the Company. Her non-executive roles on various boards also gives her relevant experience in investor and shareholder engagement.
