Andy Rofe leads the European team of Invesco Real Estate (IRE), which spans eight offices and over 140 staff covering the UK and European real estate markets. He chairs the European Executive and Investment Committees, and sits on the Global Executive Committee.

Andy commenced his career in 1990 and has over 25 years’ extensive fund management experience with both UK and overseas institutional clients, broad real estate transaction experience across all sectors and capital markets experience in debt raising and pooled funds.

Prior to joining IRE, Andy was at Aberdeen Property Investors and at Gerald Eve. During that time, Andy built his experience and track record of fund performance in transacting and managing institutional money in the UK markets for UK clients and advising overseas institutional clients into the UK and Continental Europe.

Andy has a BSc from Exeter University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
