Consistent with Invesco’s policy regarding minimum investment amounts, we will assess a $12 low balance fee on fund(s) account(s) that are valued below $750. This low balance fee is paid to the funds to offset servicing costs and will be deducted on November 9, 2018 from each fund(s) that is below $750. Fund accounts with a value above the minimum or an established systematic purchase plan will not be assessed a fee. Please refer to your fund's prospectus for more information about this policy.
