Performance quoted is past performance and cannot guarantee comparable future results; current performance may be lower or higher. Investment return and principal value will vary so that you may have a gain or a loss when you sell shares.

They do not reflect sales charges, expenses and fees at the separate account level. These sales charges, expenses and fees, which are determined by the product issuers, will vary and will lower the total return.

Series I and II may not be available in all products. Please check the product prospectus for more information.
Performance figures reflect reinvested distributions and changes in net asset value (NAV) and the effect of the maximum sales charge unless otherwise stated.

You could lose money by investing in the Fund. Although the Fund seeks to preserve your investment at $1.00 per share, it cannot guarantee it will do so. An investment in the Fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. The Fund’s sponsor has no legal obligation to provide financial support to the Fund, and you should not expect that the sponsor will provide financial support to the Fund at any time.

Series II shares' performance shown prior to the inception date is that of Series I shares restated to reflect the 12b-1 fees applicable to the Series II shares. Series I shares’ performance reflects any applicable fee waiver and/or expense reimbursements. The inception date of the Fund’s Series I shares (and the predecessor fund’s Non-Service Shares) is April 3, 1985.

As the result of a reorganization on May 24, 2019, the returns of the fund for periods on or prior to May 24, 2019 reflect performance of the Oppenheimer predecessor fund. Share class returns will differ from the predecessor fund due to a change in expenses and sales charges.

Effective April 30, 2021, Invesco Oppenheimer V.I. Government Money Fund was renamed Invesco V.I. U.S. Government Money Portfolio.
