James Will was appointed as a Director of the Invesco Asia Dragon Trust plc, on 14 February 2025. James is the former Chairman of law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP where he was a senior corporate partner, heading its financial sector practice. He has experience of working with companies in a wide range of industry sectors including financial services, technology, energy and life sciences. James is also Senior Independent Director of Herald Investment Trust plc, and a non-executive director of JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc and BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc. He was previously the Chairman of The Scottish Investment Trust PLC and Asia Dragon Trust plc, and a non-executive director of JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc.
