Molly Betournay is Global Head of Sustainable Investing Services at Invesco. In this role, she leads the firm’s sustainable investing services function, which includes capabilities across sustainable investing research and analysis, engagement, implementation, and client support. Ms. Betournay oversees a global team of sustainable investing professionals based in EMEA, the US, and Asia, collaborating with investment, distribution, and product teams to integrate sustainability into relevant investment processes and client solutions.

Ms. Betournay joined Invesco in 2023 as director of sustainable investing research. Prior to joining the firm, she held leadership positions in ESG and impact investing at several organizations, including Clean Yield Asset Management, Pathstone, EIRIS (now part of Moody’s), and Pax World Funds (now part of Impax). Ms. Betournay has been in the financial services industry since 2004.

Ms. Betournay earned a BA degree in linguistics and an MBA from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, both at the University of New Hampshire.
