Bryan Chen

Profile

Bryan Chen is a Distressed Credit and Special Situations Associate at Invesco. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing distressed investment opportunities.

Mr. Chen joined Invesco in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he was an analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s real estate, lodging, and leisure group, which specializes in restructuring, M&A advisory, and other strategic advisory assignments for various real estate and leisure-related companies. Before that, Mr. Chen was a member of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Armed Forces, where his battalion specialized in firearms management and maintenance. He has been in the industry since 2021.

Mr. Chen earned a BS degree in finance from New York University Stern School of Business.
