Kevin Egan
CPA Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager / Co-Head of Credit Research
Kevin is Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Co-Head of Credit Research for Invesco’s Global Private Credit team. In this role, he is responsible for credit research and portfolio management, with a focus on institutional portfolios. Kevin also serves on the Investment Committees for broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, and US direct lending.
Kevin joined Invesco Private Credit in 1998. Prior to his current role, he was an executive director and co-head of the senior loan group at Morgan Stanley. Before that, Kevin worked at the Industrial Bank of Japan in roles including vice president and senior credit officer. Prior to that, he was a senior auditor with KPMG. Kevin has been in the investment industry since 1991.
Kevin earned a BSBA in accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
