Kevin Egan

Kevin Egan is Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Co-Head of Credit Research for Invesco’s Global Private Credit team. In this role, he is responsible for credit research and portfolio management, with a focus on institutional portfolios. Mr. Egan also serves on the investment committees for broadly syndicated loans, European upper middle market lending, and direct lending.

Mr. Egan joined Invesco in 1998. Prior to joining the firm, he was an executive director and cohead of the senior loan group at Morgan Stanley. Before that, Mr. Egan worked at the Industrial Bank of Japan in roles including vice president and senior credit officer. Prior to that, he was a senior auditor with KPMG. Mr. Egan has been in the investment industry since 1991.

Mr. Egan earned a BSBA degree in accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
