Paul Triggiani

Paul Triggiani is a Managing Director and Head of Distressed Credit and Special Situations for Invesco’s Global Private Credit team. He focuses on distressed debt, credit opportunities, and special situations investments, and serves on the Investment Committees for Distressed Credit & Special Situations and Opportunistic Credit.

Paul joined Invesco Private Credit in 2016. Previously, he was a Managing Director at H.I.G. Bayside Capital, investing in control and non-control distressed debt and credit opportunities. Before that, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Corporate Investments at Strategic Value Partners, where he focused on distressed and special situations investments across sectors including industrials, energy, infrastructure, gaming, and financials, and served on the investment committee. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at Heartland Industrial Partners and worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.

Paul earned a BA in English Literature from Northwestern University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
