Seth Goldberg
Managing Director
Seth Goldberg is Managing Director in Distressed Credit and Special Situations for Invesco’s Global Private Credit team. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing distressed investment opportunities.
Seth joined Invesco Private Credit in 2024. Prior to Invesco, he was a managing director at Trilantic North America, where he helped to launch the firm’s special situations platform and was responsible for evaluating and executing debt and equity investments in stressed and distressed businesses across a wide range of sectors. Before that, Seth was involved in the formation of a distressed and special situations strategy for Tarsadia Capital, a multi-billion-dollar single-family office. Earlier in his career, he worked at H.I.G. Bayside Capital, an investment manager focused on stressed and distressed credit, and GSC Group, a private equity firm focused on debt-for-control investments. Seth began his career as an investment banker in Lehman Brothers’ natural resources group. He has been in the industry since 2004.
Seth earned his BA in economics from Dartmouth University.
